Architectural Assistant

Hong Kong

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Architectural Assistant to join our Hong Kong studio on a permanent basis to work on projects related to hospitality and culture at various work stages. The successful candidate will evidence keen attention to detail and graphic ability across high-quality examples of work submitted with their applications. REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

  • Master’s in architectural studies with 1-2 years working experience for a HK based practice on Alteration and Addition Projects
  • Have excellent design and drawing skills
  • Competent in technical detailing
  • Proficient using AutoCAD, Revit and graphic presentation software’s
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Fluency in English, and Cantonese, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience working on across all work stages
  • Good understanding of HK industry technical standards and statutory requirements
  • Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to utilise analytical skills to organise and plan workload
  • Developing networking and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, independent and self-motivated
  • Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit

It would also be an advantage if candidates possess:

  • Experience of working on heritage or existing buildings
  • Experience in bidding and tendering for services.
  • Membership with relevant industry or professional bodies
