Architectural Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Architectural Assistant to join our Hong Kong studio on a permanent basis to work on projects related to hospitality and culture at various work stages. The successful candidate will evidence keen attention to detail and graphic ability across high-quality examples of work submitted with their applications. REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:
- Master’s in architectural studies with 1-2 years working experience for a HK based practice on Alteration and Addition Projects
- Have excellent design and drawing skills
- Competent in technical detailing
- Proficient using AutoCAD, Revit and graphic presentation software’s
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Fluency in English, and Cantonese, both written and spoken
- Proven experience working on across all work stages
- Good understanding of HK industry technical standards and statutory requirements
- Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
- Ability to utilise analytical skills to organise and plan workload
- Developing networking and relationship building skills
- Proactive, independent and self-motivated
- Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit

It would also be an advantage if candidates possess:
- Experience of working on heritage or existing buildings
- Experience in bidding and tendering for services.
- Membership with relevant industry or professional bodies
