Ian Groocock

Ian prides himself on his capability to guide complex projects from initial feasibility studies through to completion. He gets greatest satisfaction from schemes which present significant technical and logistical challenges.

Ian enjoys working closely with end-user clients. With a hands-on approach, he also relishes being on site. A key part of his role is to anticipate problems before they arise, and he enjoys working alongside contractors to really get to grips with the practical issues. His recent experience seconded to a Management Contractor, on a major conservation project, means he is quick to establish a rapport with contractors and site managers.
